3. Code of Conduct The User is expected to maintain professional behavior during all sessions. The Company reserves the absolute right to terminate services for any User misconduct or inappropriate behavior without any obligation for a refund.
4. Intellectual Property All educational materials, curricula, and resources provided during sessions remain the sole property of Quran All Day. The User is strictly prohibited from recording, redistributing, or selling any content without prior written consent from the Company.
5. Limitation of Liability The Company shall not be held liable for any technical failures, internet disruptions, or outages caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, internet service providers).
