1. Rescheduling & Flexibility (The 24-Hour Rule) The User has the right to reschedule any scheduled session free of charge at any time, provided that the request is submitted at least 24 hours prior to the session’s start time. The newly rescheduled time must be mutually convenient and agreed upon by both the Instructor and the User. There are no limits on the number of times a session can be rescheduled under this rule, subject to availability.
2. Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy Any request to reschedule or cancel made by the User within less than 24 hours of the scheduled session time will not be accepted. In such instances, the session will be forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued. Furthermore, if a User fails to attend a session within the first 15 minutes, the session is considered "completed" and no refund will be issued.
3. Service Failure & Technical Issues We strive for 100% reliability. However, if an instructor fails to attend a session, or if a technical error occurs from our side that prevents the session from being conducted, the User is entitled to choose between:
A Full Refund of the session fee.
Rescheduling the session to a future date/time at the User’s preference.
4. Force Majeure & Compensation Guarantee In cases of extraordinary circumstances (Force Majeure) or any internal error on our part, the Company remains fully committed to the User’s progress. We guarantee to compensate the User by rescheduling all affected sessions, regardless of the cause of the disruption, ensuring that the User’s educational journey is never compromised.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Package Refunds
Individual Sessions: If the User is dissatisfied with the service, a refund request can be submitted within 7 days of the purchase.
Multi-session Packages: The User may request a proportional refund for unused sessions within the first 7 days of purchase. After this 7-day period, unused sessions are non-refundable but remain valid for rescheduling according to the 24-hour rule.
Expiration: All purchased sessions must be utilized within 12 months from the date of purchase.
